Basic terms and Conditions

1.        Deliveries

Once the completed order form and payment has been received the order will be processed within 7 working days This is subject to availability from the suppliers, after which it will then be handed over to The Courier Guy delivery company. ARTcentric will ensure the goods given to The Courier Guy is in good order and be delivered to the specified delivery address in the same order.

Costs are based on regions as indicated below;

Courier costs for South Africa

* Major centres R220
* Local (PTA and JHB) R120
* Other areas R280

FREE deliveries for orders over R1120.

International courier service is on quotation basis. Please email hello@artcentric.co.za and we will gladly assist with a quote.

2.        Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy! So if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products to us and we will either replace it, give you a voucher or credit your account.

All returns and exchanges should be logged in writing by emailing to hello@artcentric.co.za within 7 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return. After 30 days, only products that are defective can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition or missing any accessories. If a product is returned to us without all the accessories we reserve the right to replace only the item that was returned without the accessories as it would be assumed that the accessories are not defective.  We further reserve the right to only credit your account with the value of the returned unit and not the accessories.

We strive to deliver products that have no defects, but sometimes this is out of our hands. If you received a defective or wrong product, We will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, provided the item is in all its original condition (hasn’t been used) and original packaging with accessories we will either replace the wrong or defective product or give you a voucher or credit your account to the amount of the purchase price of the product within 10 days (subject to availability). A defect is seen as a material imperfection of the return which makes the product less acceptable. Defects are not results from wear and tear, damage due to incorrect usage of the product or due to the fact that you have changed your mind. Please note opened paint tubes will not be accepted for returns.

Unwanted products and exchanges can be returned to us and transport will be for the customer’s account,Returns will only be accepted if the product is undamaged and unused, in the original packaging and that the packaging is not damaged.

No paint tubes can be opened Once opened the paint cannot be returned. Artmaterials can be exchanged for a different size or colour variation provided that such variation is available. If such variation is not available,we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product or give you a voucher within 10 days of the return.

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair / replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product or give you a voucher.

Cancellation of orders will be charged a 10% administration fee. ARTcentric (pty)ltd reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the standards and then a full refund will be made without any deductions.

We reserve the right to amend any advertised price before acceptance of and order.
